The following guidelines will help you in ripping Xbox 360 games + burning it on to a CD. There are many ways of ripping Xbox 360 games and burning. Let us look at a few ways of ripping Xbox 360 games + Burning.
You will be able to rip the Xbox 360 games using the wxripper tools. Here you can use all types of DVD ROM drives. The disadvantage here is that you need to remove the top plate from the Xbox to find your magic number. After finding the magic number you must make a raw dump. It is not enough just to burn the games; you must get a lot of other things before you can start playing your game. This is one of the obsolete methods and not used too widely.
You can also download your favorite games from the internet. This is one of the most straightforward ways of getting your Xbox games. However, the problem here is that you need to find the right site to download your games.
There is yet another way of ripping Xbox 360 games + burning and that is to get a Samsung DVD ROM drive to your PC and using Kreon firmware you flash it.
You can also rip your games using Schtrom360Xtract and by flashing your Xbox 360 drive with your computer. Schtrom360Xtract is the tool that you use to flash your Xbox drive and your PC. It works almost like the Wxripper and here too you need to remove the top plate off your Xbox.
If you want to use the above method, you would need the full version of Schtrom360Xtract, extreme 0800 disk, ISO burning software and writable DVDs.
You must first extract the Schtrom360Xtract and install the software by clicking on the .exe file. You must have a PCI SATA card in your computer to use this method. If you already have Xtreme Firmware on your Xbox 360 drive, you can easily burn the games like you do it in your regular DVD. The downloaded files will be named as ‘activate.iso’. You can use your DVD decrypter to burn the names to the DVD. Do not eject the disk before it is finalized and if you do it by mistake, it will render the disk useless. When you want to burn the game go to DVD decrypter and find the Mode menu. Here you will need to go to ISO from where you will select Image1.iso file. You will also need to select the right speed at which you would like to burn the disk. The destination should be your DVD writer. In the tools option, you need to get to Settings and input the necessary details. You will have input the right user specified numbers. Here you will also choose DVD for the write mode; link size should be Auto and write type should be SAO

While some gamers prefer to use their PCs for their video games, others are die-hard console fans, so much that even selecting which console has superiority to all others is seen as an even bigger debate!
Why these differences of opinion? Several reasons, including:
1. Availability of games. Until recently, many games were available only on one platform or the other. This has changed a bit in recent years, although there can still be minor differences in game play when looking at different versions of the video game.
2. Cost of consoles. While computers can cost upwards of thousands of dollars – especially for specialised, high-end gaming systems – many gamers who prefer their games on PC cite the ability to purchase one system which lasts a number of years as one reason they would rather play their video games on a computer. Additionally, computers have the ability to be backwards-compatible: there’s no need to replace old games as your system grows more sophisticated, whereas with consoles certain games will only be available from certain brands. Also the high cost of newer consoles, despite their many features, is another discouraging factor for some users.
3. System optimisation. Even though there are computers which are optimised for game play, including high-speed graphics processors and game-specific interface devices, console gamers feel that the systems available for their console games are able to provide a greater gaming pleasure over PC systems. Consoles typically crash less frequently than computers, depending on the system being used, and there’s nothing more frustrating than being interrupted in the middle of a dramatic situation!
4. User Interfaces. PC gaming interfaces are usually a mouse and keyboard combination, which is ideal for first person shooters or strategy games, this is where the PC excels. However, driving, fighting and sports games consoles are more suitable games for control pads, which are far more comfortable and practical than using a keyboard and mouse.
One way to tell if you might be better off with a computer or console is to read PC game reviews and console game reviews. You should also read both PC hardware and console reviews to see how other people rate the latest technology.
Similarities continue to grow between gaming on consoles and PCs. Most systems (as mentioned above) offer networking, both have game specific user interface devices that benefit different types of games and computer hardware has grown extremely sophisticated now boasting multi-core processing power superior to consoles. Gamers – is it time to call off the war?

As the Wii gets increasingly popular, and demand for it goes up, an inevitable question starts to surface – To Burn Wii games or not to?
Wii games are expensive, so can you imagine the pain if you accidentally scratch your latest Wii game disc, and you have only played it for a few times? Continue reading to discover how to create backups by burning Wii Games.
But before you get yourself involved, it is important that you know the copyright laws in your area. Make sure that it is perfectly legal for you to burn Wii games, as long as you own the original, and that you will only be using the copies for personal reasons.
First, you will need to use the your computer and a special kind of DVD drive in order to get it to work. Some examples include the LG-816 series, namely 8161b, 8162b, or 8163b. If you are unsure, you can always search for these DVD drives on Google. You will be able to get tons of information there. And when you have located the disc drives and are wondering where to get them, you could check out your nearby computer store or buy it online via eBay or any electronics site.
Next, you have to make an image of your game disc, before you can starting burning the games. Besides the DVD drive, you’ll need to set up some software called .net Framework 2.0, and Raw Dump 2.0.
Then, the next thing to do is to put your game your LG DVD Drive. When it’s in, open the Raw Dump file (should have been created after installation) and double click on the rawdump.exe file to start the rawdump program.
Once rawdump is open, there will be a dialog box that appears. Click on the button that says Start Dump, and you’ll before long be ready to burn Wii games. The time taken to burn the games varies and is largely dependent on the size of the files on the DVD, and the speed of your computer. Waiting time can range from anything between 1 hour to up to 5 hours, if your computer is slow.
Once that is done, you should see a fresh ISO file in the rawdump folder, having the same name as the game that you have copied. To explain in non-jargon, an ISo file is basically a identical image of what had been on the disc previously.
