Author: I want to download some PS1 and PS2 games to my PS3, I don’t have the internet on my PS3.
Is there a way I can send downloaded games by USB?

You can transfer them using a SD card, if you don’t have a SD card reader on your PS3, then they sell SD or micro SD to USB adapters. You will have to have a crd at least the size of the game.
The problem is your PS3 won’t read the files, just like if you burnt a PS3 game on your PC or MAC. The only way to do this is a very expensive mod that isn’t worth it. The closest you will get is to buy a PS3 controller for your PC or MAC.

You can not download anything for the PS3 from a PC (store wise). Anything you want to download to the PS3 must be done on the PS3. The easiest way to get internet on your PS3 (since you have it on a PC) is to take the ethernet cord out of the PC and put it into the PS3. This allows you to have internet on the PS3 to download what you want (or need), then put the ethernet cord back on your PC.
The only thing you can download for the PS3 off of a PC are firmware updates.
