Ok. So I have downloaded the emulator and the games, but when I try to play them I cant play. When I downloaded the games they come as rar files and I think that you need to convert the rar files in to zip files.
How do I convert them?
Step by step please.

You don’t even need to convert them into .zip files (actually, you can’t).

Get a RAR extractor. The most popular is probably WinRAR, followed by 7zip. You can download one here:
http://www.rarlab.com/
http://www.7-zip.org/

Download, install, yadda yadda.

After it finishes extracting, you can just play the .z64, .v64, .rom (whatever) file from Project64.

If you really want to have it in a .zip file, then WinRAR, 7zip, and even Windows XP/Vista can compress it.
